Why We Built This Site
Colorado publishes a no-cost calendar of hearings, yet it does not provide a free official statewide search of historical Registers of Action. District and County Court files in Las Animas County are maintained by the Combined Court clerk. City courts retain their own ordinance and municipal-traffic matters. The material here brings together official contacts, number-search fields, request procedures, and access rules while keeping a hearing docket, an ROA, and a filed court document clearly separate.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource, not part of any Colorado court, clerk's office, or public agency. As a result, we cannot perform the following official functions:
- Retrieve an official docket sheet or a case file on a reader's behalf
- Set, move, cancel, or confirm a hearing date
- Alter, seal, remove, or correct an entry in a court case
- Authenticate a docket, order, judgment, or other filed document
- Offer legal advice about the effect of a deadline, charge, or ruling
- Promise that a listed fee, phone number, office hour, or setting has not changed
An official or certified docket or case document must be issued by the clerk or the court that maintains the original file. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot produce the record.
